Christ Our Savior has sponsored a Platinum Chef team when we have a group of students interested in practicing and competing in the annual competition.
Teams are given a basket of food items and have about two hours to prepare and present a complete meal that incorporates those food items. They are judged on food safety & sanitation, presentation, technique, teamwork, and taste.
